Situé près de la pointe de l'aile nord, sur le côté gauche de l'entrée de l'hôtel, l'emplacement est tout indiqué pour permettre au nouveau complexe de se fondre dans le spectaculaire paysage architectural actuel de l'hôtel.

Le Hilton Malta possède une grande variété de restaurants pour satisfaire tous les goûts. L'Oceana Restaurant offre la possibilité de dîner le soir en savourant une cuisine gourmet, et le Bottega del Vino propose des spécialités italiennes. Par ailleurs, le très réputé Blue Elephant propose une cuisine thaïlandaise authentique et raffinée. En été, dînez en plein air au Gazebo, sous les oliviers éclairés.
